Gansu manufactures domestic largest microwave drying equipment

According to the Gansu Provincial Department of Science and Technology, two microwave drying lines designed and researched and developed by Gansu Tianshui Huayuan Pharmaceutical Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. have recently completed the preliminary assembly task, which is currently the largest two microwave drying production lines in China.

The microwave drying production line is a brand-new product designed and manufactured according to the needs of energy-saving technology transformation of Gansu Jinchuan Group Corporation, and is mainly used for the drying process of mineral powder. The equipment realizes artificial intelligence control, convenient operation, the power of each production line reaches 500 kilowatts, and the total power reaches 1000 kilowatts, becoming the largest industrial microwave drying equipment in China.

According to the preliminary process test, the equipment will achieve the goal of energy saving of 20% to 30%, significantly reduce the pollution of the production plant area, and have significant energy saving and emission reduction effects.

4. The inner diameter of the raw material roll: ï¿ 300mm.
5. Outer diameter of raw material roll:≦￠1500mm.
