Pilot process of pyrite cinder spiral chute-shaker

The pyrite cinder (dry mine) is sieved through a 100 mesh sieve, and the sieved product is ground in a rod mill for 5 min, the grinding concentration is C=70%, stirred for 5-8 minutes, and then re-elected by a spiral chute. The obtained tailings were further shaken to obtain the middle and tailings respectively. The process flow is shown in Figure 1:

According to the test results in the following table, under the same pretreatment conditions, the slag can obtain 62.34% concentrate grade, 57.49% cumulative recovery of I+II, and iron concentrate containing less than 0.3% sulfur.
