(1) The nature of the ore: Lead zinc deposit is Paleozoic metamorphic volcanic rocks, the wall rock quartz keratophyre tuff. The main types of bulk copper ores lead-zinc ore, copper, lead-zinc ore and disseminated ore pyrite three kinds.
The main metal minerals are pyrite, sphalerite, chalcopyrite and a small amount of arsenopyrite, magnetite, limonite, copper blue, arsenic bismuth copper ore, gold and silver . Gangue minerals are quartz, sericite, chlorite, calcite, gypsum, barite and the like.
The ore structure is mainly blocky and disseminated. The mineral structure is characterized by chalcopyrite, sphalerite, galena ore in the form of irregular granular filling in the pyrite particles or in the fissures. The pyrite is generally formed to form irregular vein-like, serrated structures. The pyrite is self-shaped, semi-self-shaped, and its granular structure is replaced by copper, lead and zinc minerals to form a dissolution structure. Copper, lead and zinc minerals also interpret each other and are closely symbiotic, but the relationship between the main metal minerals and the gangue mineral structure is relatively simple.
The metal mineral inlays in the ore are finer in size, copper minerals less than 0.074 mm account for 69.15%, galena accounts for 61.81%, and sphalerite accounts for 46.55%. 95% of the gold appears in natural gold, the size of the inlay is coarser, 70% of the gold minerals larger than 0.043mm, and 80% larger than 0.025mm. The metal minerals and the intercalation relationship between the metal minerals and the gangue indicate that they can be coarsely ground. Tail, re-grinding.
The deposit is not only industrially rich in copper, lead, zinc and sulfur, but also rich in gold and silver and rare elements such as cadmium , antimony and gallium . The average grade of gold in the mining area is 1.8g/t, and the average grade of silver is 94.7g. /t. At present, six components of copper, lead, zinc, sulfur, gold and silver have been comprehensively recovered.
The bulk ore density is 4.4t/m 3 , the loose density is 1.76t/m 3 , the hardness is 15~18; the density of the disseminated ore is 3.1t/m 3 , the loose density is 1.7 t / m 3 , and the hardness is 6~8. The two types of ore are mixed and the proportion of ore selected is about 1:1. The multi-element analysis and phase analysis of the ore are shown in the following table:
