It is understood that this year's key work of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology is to promote the smart manufacturing pilot demonstration action plan, and hope to start from the smart factory of traditional industry and intelligent manufacturing to promote industrial transformation and upgrading.

The reporter was informed that as petrochemical industry is a big industry, there are more opportunities for policy pilots. Judging from the preliminary considerations of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the tire industry should have relevant pilot enterprises in 2015 to be included in the priority support.

At the two sessions in 2015, Premier Li Keqiang formally proposed the spirit of the “Made in China 2025” planning outline. It is understood that the State Council will publish it shortly after studying this outline.

Pan Aihua said that enterprises must conscientiously implement the spirit of the outline, insist on intelligent transformation, strengthen green development, and achieve upgrading of manufacturing.

He emphasized that to explore new production methods under the conditions of informationization, it is necessary to use application as the core, market-oriented, enterprises as the main body, use information technology to transform traditional industries, and adhere to the development of intelligent manufacturing as a strategic focus, and establish rubber under the conditions of informationization. Industrial production system.

According to the understanding, in order to help enterprises transform and upgrade, in the technical transformation, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has also set up key support projects in the fields of emulsified butyl rubber and EPDM rubber.

Future development faces three major opportunities

Pan Aihua also put forward his own suggestions on how to achieve sustainable development in the tire and rubber industry. He believes that one must accelerate green development and promote the research and implementation of the tire labeling system. This will not only improve consumers' right to know about tire products, but also promote a new model for the development of low carbon cycle in the tire industry through market-oriented methods.

Second, we must strengthen technological transformation. Under the new situation, tire companies must solve the weak links in industrial restructuring and the links that require industrialization through technological transformation, enhance innovation capabilities, and improve the technical level and competitiveness of products.

Third, we must open up new space for sustainable development of the industry. In view of the fact that China's natural rubber and some high-end synthetic rubber materials rely on imports and the export of tires and rubber products is large, we must adhere to the overall situation of domestic and foreign markets, two markets and two resources. In accordance with the implementation of the “One Belt, One Road” strategy, enterprises need to go out to invest abroad, carry out international capacity cooperation, and build a new pattern of open development of the rubber industry with a broader vision.

According to and understand, various departments of the country are studying and implementing specific plans for the “One Belt, One Road” strategy. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has already included the tire industry, but how to implement it, there are no specific measures.

Pan Aihua said that he hopes that industry associations and enterprises will participate more and make more suggestions to discuss what the rubber industry can do in the “Belt and Road” initiative. “The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will incorporate relevant results into the '13th Five-Year Plan' being developed.”
