Xugong independently developed hydraulic valve group cranes to complete trial production

Recently, the complete set of hydraulic valves for small and medium tonnage cranes independently developed and manufactured by Xugong Hydraulics Co., Ltd. has all completed trial production. It is verified by the test data that the performance indexes of the valve group are better than the domestic similar products, and it has become another dazzling star of the Xugong hydraulic valve family.

The series of hydraulic valve sets are mainly hydraulic components on board, including four types of products: upper multi-way valve, rotary buffer valve, pilot control integrated valve and telescopic switching valve. The supporting hydraulic valve group not only realizes the optimization matching of the internal hydraulic components, such as the energy-saving and anti-shock three-way diverter valve, the minimum flow rate of the hoisting system, etc., and adds the compensation valve whose working speed is not affected by the load change. The unique design of the rotary buffer valve with smooth rotation and bypass throttling realizes the advanced design concept of pilot-controlled low-pulse decompression and oil return based on system characteristics matching. The successful development of this series of valve sets not only fully verified that the core components of XCMG have the manufacturing and supporting capacity of large casting valve body and integrated valve block valve body, but also marked the complete support of Xugong hydraulic valve family officially blowing the crane. The assembly number has injected new development momentum into the marketing of Xugong hydraulic valve products.
