Bosch Romania's new plant completes expansion and will launch speed sensor

According to foreign reports, Bosch recently completed a new production workshop in Romania. The workshop, which costs 50 million Euros, will be mainly used for speed sensors used in anti-lock brake systems (ABS) and electronic stability programs (ESP).

The Bosch Blaj plant currently has a total area of ​​40,000 square meters, of which the newly built workshop covers an area of ​​21,000 square meters. The plant currently has 570 employees and Bosch plans to hire 300 new employees for the new workshop by the end of this year.

It is reported that Bosch Rexroth has been producing linear motion technology products for mechanical engineering equipment at the Blaj plant since 2007.

The new workshop will be part of the Bosch Chassis Systems Control Business Unit, which produces and develops active and passive safety system components and driver assistance systems.
