What is the working principle and use characteristics of the permanent magnet dewatering tank?

The selection process of the permanent magnet dewatering tank is: the slurry is fed into the ore by the feeding direction along the tangential direction, and the slurry is evenly spread on the tower-shaped magnetic pole. Under the combined action of magnetic force and gravity, the magnetic ore particles overcome the resistance of the rising water flow and are sucked on the magnetic system. When they are sucked enough, they fall into the grit and flow out through the discharge port. The smaller particle size in the non-magnetic material is moved upward by the action of the rising water flow, and is discharged by the overflow tank, and the non-magnetic material having a large particle size is less likely to rise, and thus is also discharged with the magnetic material.

The permanent magnet dewatering tank is mainly used to remove fine ore and slime, but cannot remove large gangue, and the ability to discard coarse tailings is not as good as that of magnetic separator. In order to cause the rising water flow, the water supply device is always water supply, and the water consumption is large. The concentrate grade of the permanent magnet dewatering tank is not as high as the magnetic separator, but the recovery rate is higher than that of the magnetic separator.
