Xisha “black tourism” has frequently appeared

The reporter contacted a website for Xisha Tourism from the Internet and called it "Fantasy Xisha's visit to Paradise on the 7th Day in the Paradise Islands." Tourists leave Sanya for 8,500 yuan per person, and two people can apply for 500 yuan less at the same time.

The site's customer service personnel told reporters that Xisha Tour was organized by a travel agency in Beijing, and basically all individual passengers took an ocean-going fishing boat with a displacement of 200-300 tons, 2-3 times a month, 8 to 15 people each time. In September, the travel agency has organized one time. Tours include the islands of Xisha around the islands of Yagong Island, Quanfu Island, and Yinyu Island. Accommodation is based on "bent fishing boats or camping under the weather."

When reporters asked whether they would be punished for a fishing boat trip to Xisha, the customer service staff said "this can be assured."

Xi Jian, deputy director of Xisha Tourism Bureau, said that Xisha did have "black tourism". The main thing was that some "alien" issued invitations on the Internet. Through intermediary channels, they got in touch with the "Boss" of some fishing boats along the coast of Hainan, and took a fishing boat to Xisha. .
