The sensing principle of laterally sensitive and end-sensitive all-silica fiber ultrasound hydrophones in the HIFU field was studied; a prototype of an all-silica fiber Fabry-Perot-based ultrasound hydrophone and a device for measuring the HIFU sound field were designed and developed. The system, in which the fiber-optic Fabry-Perot interferometric ultrasound hydrophone prototype prototype can achieve HIFU high resolution and high sound pressure measurement, reaching the international advanced level, will promote the development of HIFU medical device industry. The project also obtained one national patent for invention, and the related research content of the project has been included in the National Natural Science Foundation of China's National Fundamental Scientific Research Instruments and Equipment.
