Qin Yaoyu said that the installation of single equipment has been completed and the pipeline connection project is being stepped up.

It is understood that this project was included in the provincial key construction project in February of this year. The Longma Mining Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hainan International Resources Group, which is controlled by the Hainan Provincial Geological Bureau, is responsible for the project construction. The first phase launched two ultra-white photovoltaic glass sand production lines. After the project is completed and put into production, it will produce 260,000 tons of ultra-white glass and 70,000 tons of high-quality float glass sand. It is currently the largest ultra-white glass production line in China and will be the photovoltaic industry in Hainan. The development of the industry provides raw material protection. After the project is put into production, it can achieve an annual output value of more than 100 million yuan and a profit of nearly 30 million yuan.

Experts said that ultra-white photovoltaic glass quartz sand is mainly used in emerging fields such as photovoltaic glass, high-grade architectural glass, high-grade silicates and other building materials and chemical industries. The annual demand is more than 2 million tons. Float glass sand is used to produce ordinary architectural glass.

The project was started on April 1 this year. To ensure that the project will be put into operation on schedule, the contractor will accelerate the progress of the project according to the schedule for phase-down. The comprehensive building, dormitory building and beneficiation plant will be started simultaneously. It will take only two months. The dormitory building has been capped. At the end of July, the civil engineering plant of the beneficiation plant was capped. The project main body was capped on July 28, and the equipment was installed in August. It is expected that the equipment will be commissioned by the end of September and will be put into operation by the end of October. The entire construction period is 210 days. Realize the year of construction and put into production that year.
