The maintenance of the liberation plate transporter should pay attention to the following points:

2. Before starting the new machine, the supercharger and supercharger oil filter must be filled with clean oil to ensure that the diesel engine moves together and the supercharger bearing can be lubricated. After driving the car 8000 ~ 10000km, replace the turbocharger oil filter element.

3. Before the diesel engine is stopped, the flatbed truck shall be operated for 3 to 5 minutes under idle conditions to reduce the speed of the supercharger, reduce the temperature, and monitor the sound of the supercharger. If abnormality is found, it should be stopped and checked. If the turbocharger rotor is inflexible and there is stuck or worn sound, it must be sent to a conditional repair station.

4. For flatbed trucks, after each 500h or 30,000km operation, check the gap on the rotor shaft of the supercharger and remove dust and coke from the turbine shell and rotor blades of the compressor. At this point, the turbocharger must be removed from the diesel engine and the metal gasket between the supercharger exhaust pipes replaced. It is not allowed to use mechanical methods to remove scale on the rotor components, but to use gasoline or other cleaning liquids for cleaning aluminum parts
