The space for development of internal combustion engines in China is still huge

Recently, the Institute of Internal Combustion Engines organized experts and scholars to hold a roundtable meeting in Beijing to conduct academic discussions on the present and future of the internal combustion engine, aiming to give the internal combustion engine industry a correct position.

The focus of development in the next decade

With increasing emphasis on energy and the environment, internal combustion engines have been pushed onto the bench because of high fuel consumption and high emissions. At the same time, the concept of electric vehicles and new energy has been brought to an unprecedented height. Policy support, public opinion guidance, manufacturers following the trend... For a time, it seems that the popularity of electric vehicles is just around the corner.

In fact, there are many technical bottlenecks in the development of electric vehicles that remain unresolved. The short mileage, high battery costs, sources of electricity, and carbon emissions in the entire process have plagued many problems that have plagued the electric vehicle industry.

Bosch, the world's largest auto parts supplier, believes that new energy vehicles will not necessarily become mainstream in the next 20 years, and there is still much room for improvement in traditional internal combustion engines. Bosch said that within 10 years, electric vehicle technology is not yet mature. It is already quite optimistic to estimate that it will be able to reach mass production by 2020.

Vice President of China Machinery Industry Federation Zhang Xiaokai, Chairman of the China Combustion Engine Society, Yang Shuyi, Executive Vice Chairman, and experts and scholars present at the meeting affirmed this view and pointed out clearly that the traditional internal combustion engine and hybrid power are still the future 10~15. The focus of the year's development.

In 2009, China produced 67 million internal combustion engines, with a total power of 1.13 billion kilowatts and an output value of 273.9 billion yuan. The internal combustion engine industry is an undisputed major pillar industry in the development of the national economy. At the same time, it is also the most efficient and hottest of all power plants. "All removable power units use the internal combustion engine as the core power, and it cannot be replaced for a long time in the future," said Professor Su Wanhua, a famous internal combustion engine expert at the Tianjin University's State Key Laboratory of Internal Combustion Engines.

Industry experts believe that the development of new energy vehicles is a big direction, but new energy vehicles still have a variety of technical routes, such as pure electric vehicles, hybrid electric vehicles, and fuel cell electric vehicles, which should be prioritized. According to market prospects. At present, hybrid technology is more mature and relatively low in price. At the same time, it can also play a role in energy conservation and emission reduction. Therefore, at this stage, hybrid vehicles are relatively most promising.

It is imperative to increase efficiency

Compared with the development of electric vehicles, improving the efficiency of internal combustion engines is even more urgent and realistic.

"China and the U.S. consume about two-thirds of the world's consumption of oil each year. Last year, China's foreign oil dependence was 47%, and it will reach 51% this year. In all petroleum consumption, internal combustion engine oil consumption accounts for The total consumption is more than 66%.” Su Wanhua said, “Last year, China consumed 1.1 billion tons of oil. If the internal combustion engine can save energy by 50%, the saved oil is equivalent to 10 Daqing oil fields.”

The average fuel consumption rate of Chinese internal combustion engines is 220-350g/kW.h, which is about 20% lower than that of advanced foreign models. It consumes 30 million tons more per year, which is equivalent to 1/6 of the annual oil consumption. It is imperative to increase the combustion efficiency.

The initial thermal efficiency of the internal combustion engine was only 12%, and it can now reach 46%. In 2007, the American Burning Society proposed that internal combustion engines have the potential to increase combustion efficiency by 50%.

Experts predict that the internal combustion engine will still have a fuel saving potential of 25% to 50%. If the oil resources are available for 60 years, reducing oil consumption by 25% can extend the use to 80 years, and the extra 20 years can be used for the development and utilization of new energy power. time.

Developing a diesel passenger car is a good solution. According to statistics, the passenger car diesel engine is 30% more fuel efficient than the gasoline engine, and its power is also strong, which is in line with the low-carbon economy trend. With the recent introduction of energy-saving subsidies, consumers in countries with 1.6-liter or lower emission passenger cars will be given a one-time quota. This policy also clearly states that the target of subsidies includes diesel locomotives.

"For a long time, diesel cars have left the Chinese people with the impression of black smoke, resulting in less than 1% of the diesel passenger cars that account for more than 50% of cars in Europe." Zhang Xiaoyun is quite helpless, "in fact , China's diesel engine technology can already be fully equipped with passenger cars, and the problem to be solved is high production costs and difficult oil supply."

Because key component technologies are not in their own hands, high-quality key components such as fuel systems, pumps, and nozzles need to be imported, resulting in high diesel engine manufacturing costs and high maintenance costs. "The average price of a diesel engine is higher than gasoline engine 1 million." Shen Jie, chief engineer of Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. told reporters. At the same time, due to the high diesel oil demand for diesel engines, only a few cities in China can supply them. The experts of the internal combustion engine society are actively looking for solutions.

Electric Hoist

Electric hoist is a device that is used to lift or lower heavy loads using an electric motor. It consists of a motor, a gearbox, a lifting mechanism, and a control system. The lifting mechanism is typically a chain or wire rope that is wound around a drum. The control system allows the operator to control the speed and direction of the hoist. Electric hoists are commonly used in industrial settings such as factories, warehouses, and construction sites. They are often used to lift heavy machinery, equipment, and materials. Electric hoists are safer and more efficient than manual hoists, as they require less physical effort from the operator and can lift heavier loads.

Electric hoist is core parts for the Overhead Crane, Gantry Crane , Jib Crane , and other types of cranes, the lifting capacity from 0.2 ton to 600 ton, the lifting height from 3 meters to 50 meters.

There are many different types as per different using location or different purpose or different safety requirements, such as fixed Chain Hoist ,

Intelligent Servo Electric Hoist, explosion proof Electric Wire Rope Hoist, low headroom electric wire rope hoist, European type wire rope hoist,
