Recently, technical personnel of the Metrology and Testing Center of Jiangsu Wuxi successfully modified the dust particle counter gas source system. It is reported that the traceability requirement of large-flow dust particle counters must meet the air sampling volume of about 100 L/min, while the previous sampling volume can only reach about 150 L/min. The modified laser dust particle counter gas source system can provide a flow of 300 ml/min. In addition, two sets of dryers in the device can provide dry air to the calibration device in turn, avoiding the need to replace the desiccant when using a laser dust particle counter to calibrate the device.
Next, Wuxi City Metrology and Testing Center technical personnel will continue to transform the large flow of dust particle counter calibration device based on the existing technology to better meet the customer's laser dust particle counter traceability requirements.
