1. Introduction

Its scotch yoke structure makes piston rod move from linear to rotary.Special U-type output torque structure is used for valve opening or closing,which needs large torque.The structure is novel and flexible.It can generate 50% torque than common rack and pinion pneumatlc actuator.It is suitable for large and medium size valves and is widely used in automatic and remote control operations.Piston air chamber is sealed and separated from scotch yoke mechanism.Air consumption is small.

4. Actuator Selection & Installation
When select the actuator, the torque of valve must be identified firstlγ, then consider the fluid; Add 25% security value when it is steam or non-Iubricated; Add 60% security value when it is non-Iubricated dry gas media; Add 100% security value when it is non-Iubricated gas transmission particles media; Add 20% security value when it is clean and no friction lubrication media; Then check the double-acting or single-acting type torque form according to air source pressure, and the model of actuator can be chosen correctly.

Double - acting pneumatic actuator;Double position control of valve's open or close Spring Return: Valve open or close automatically when circuit ,gas is cut off or failure (Explosion-prool offer available) Single-control solenoid valve: Valve opens or closes when power on , vice versa(explosion-proof offer available) Double-control solenoid valve: Valve opens when one coil is power-on. Valve closes when another coil is power-off. Marking Unit: 

This unit is consists of fixed lathe bed, movable lathe bed, hydraulic pressure head and manual adjustment device. According to the order of computer, the unit marks on places required on the drawings. For making the marks clear and endurable, and avoiding the angle steel abrades character heads, it adds the functions of loading oil cylinder and lifting movable lathe bed. For satisfying the processing scope, it adds manual adjustment device, which can change the position of characters to adapt different standards angle steel.
