When it is found that there is concentrate foam production in the overflow trough, the tailings gate should be carefully adjusted to balance the tailings discharge and the ore-mining amount to maintain the liquid level stability. When the flotation column is parked, the mine should be stopped first, and the tailings gate should be properly closed and injected with clean water. After removing the mineralized foam by adding water, stop the water injection. Open the tailings door, open the slurry, rinse with water (mainly to avoid the pores of the air tube blocked), and then stop the wind.
