The sprinkler sprinkler pump adopts an external mixed self-priming structure. The pump should have a proper amount of liquid. After the pump is started, the impeller rotates and a negative pressure is formed at the inlet of the impeller. The impeller sucks the liquid stored in the pump body and the air in the pipeline together, and is completely mixed in the impeller. Under the action of the centrifugal force, the mixed liquid enters through the extrusion chamber. In the gas-liquid separation chamber, because the specific gravity of the gas is light, the gas is separated from the liquid and discharged from the outlet pipe, and the liquid sinks in the separation chamber and returns to the outer edge of the impeller through the return hole for another gas-liquid mixing. - The separation process is followed by cycling until the gas in the suction pipe is drained and filled with liquid, the self-priming process is completed, and the pump starts normal infusion.

Under normal circumstances, in order to ensure the good self-priming performance of the sprinkler, the following points must be met:

1. The bearings and gears in the pump speed increasing box are lubricated with the method of injecting gear oil. When the user is using it, he should first read the oil dipstick and check whether it is in the calibrated oil level range. If they do not match, they should add or release gear oil;

2. Before the pump works, check whether the liquid in the pump is full. If it is not enough, fill the pump with liquid and do not allow liquid to be carried out so as to avoid damaging the mechanical seal and open the valves of the suction line and output line;

3. Strictly inspect the installation of the suction pipeline, and never allow the leakage in the suction pipeline; otherwise, it cannot be self-priming;

4, pay attention to check the direction of rotation is correct;

5. Pay attention to the readings of the pressure gauge and the vacuum gauge. After the pump is started, the readings of the pressure gauge and the vacuum gauge indicate stability after a period of time fluctuations, indicating that the pump has been filled with liquid and the pump has entered the normal infusion;

6. If vibration and noise occur during the operation of the pump, vapor and turbidity may occur. The cause of cavitation is mainly due to excessive flow or too high suction. The flow rate is too large to adjust the output line control valve and increase the reading of the pressure gauge. If the suction stroke is too high, try to reduce the suction height as much as possible.

7. When the pump is finished working, first close the output line control valve, and then stop the prime mover;

8. In the cold season, when the pump is not working, the liquid in the pump should be discharged from the water release valve to prevent freezing of the box;

9. When pumping petrol flammable late explosion media, it should be done to prevent electrostatic grounding of pumps and pipelines to ensure safety;

10. If the pump is to be used for a long period of time, it should be disassembled, cleaned of parts, and coated with a layer of anti-rust oil on each processing surface, and then assembled for proper storage;

11, mechanical seal in the case of no leakage, do not have to open inspection, disassembly mechanical seal should be gently, pay attention to clean, protect the dynamic, static ring surface, non-collision. The main reasons for the leakage of mechanical seals are caused by moving and static ring mirrors. The repair method can grind the sealing face and restore the mirror. In addition, if the rubber seal is improperly installed or deteriorated, the mechanical seal can be highly exhilarated. At this point, you should carefully install, adjust, or replace the new rubber seal.
