Participating experts also stated that in response to the emerging issues in the automotive industry and related energy industries, relevant departments and local governments have consistently issued relevant policies, and in the absence of guidance from the top-level policy framework, they often miss out. Chen Qingtai introduced that on the one hand, the country implements energy-saving priority policies. On the other hand, fuel tax and other policies have not been introduced yet.
