Small nitrogen fertilizer raw material anthracite can be used to change bituminous coal

On October 23, the non-slag-slag fractionation gasification technology that was included in the national “863” plan passed the assessment of industrialization technology organized by the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association. This technology solves the problem of small raw material lines and high cost for small nitrogen fertilizer companies. This is yet another technological advancement in the industry.

At present, small nitrogen fertilizer companies face problems such as raw material supply, energy consumption, and environmental protection, while raw coal is the source of a series of problems. Many small nitrogen fertilizer companies have been forced to close because they cannot afford the ever-increasing anthracite prices. Therefore, the industry eagerly hopes that new technologies will come out. The non-slag-slag fractionation gasification technology jointly owned by the Department of Thermal Energy Engineering of Tsinghua University, Beijing Dalico Technology Co., Ltd. and Shanxi Fengxi Fertilizer Industry Group Co., Ltd. is a new type with independent intellectual property rights and localization rate of 100%. Coal gasification technology. The technology was applied at the Fengxi Group in January 2006 and it drove on January 23. By October 21 this year, the device had been operating safely for 637 days, producing 203,000 tons of methanol, with an operating rate of 94.66%, and an average load rate of 88.7%, which was higher than the level of Shell and Texaco technology devices. China International Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. assessed the technology and believed that it could compete with Shell and Texaco coal gasification technologies and hoped to realize industrialization as soon as possible. The conclusion of this technical assessment is that the non-slag-slag slag gasification technology is advanced and reliable, and the operation and operation data have reached the national assessment requirements. Industry insiders believe that using this technology, small nitrogen fertilizer companies may switch to lower-priced bituminous coal in the future.

The second user of the technology is Inner Mongolia Wulashan Chemical Fertilizer Co., Ltd., which is being planned by the petroleum and chemical planning department and put into production in April next year.
