[ China Instrument Network Instrument Development ] Recently, the Guangdong Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau organized and hosted the Science and Technology Plan Project of the Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau undertaken by the Guangdong Metrology Institute, "Digital Double Clamp Phase Voltammetry Calibration Device", "Power Frequency Magnetic Field" Acceptance meeting for the development of the same frequency phase shift immunity standard device. The acceptance expert group consists of Professor Hu Binjie from South China University of Technology, Xu Shaohui, Senior Engineer of the Fifth Institute of Electronics, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Yaodao Gaogong, Guangdong Institute of Electronic and Electrical Engineering, and Liang Zhuojun, Senior Engineer of Foshan Quality Measurement and Inspection Center.
The "Digital Double Clamp Phase Voltammetry Calibration Device" project was completed by the Electromagnetic Room of the Metrology Institute of Guangdong Province. Based on the AC standard signal source and multi-channel high-precision amplifier, the project uses a combination of DSP module and ARM7 module to develop a digital double-clamp phase voltammeter calibration device to realize a digital double-clamp phase voltammeter. Adjustment of phase and UU, II and UI phases and calibration of parameters. The project applied for 1 invention patent and 1 utility model patent, published 2 related papers, and compiled 1 manual for the digital double-clamp phase voltammeter calibration device. The project products are calibrated by Guangzhou Institute of Metrology and Testing Technology, and the main technical indicators meet the requirements of the task book (contract).
The project “Development of Power Frequency Magnetic Field Same Frequency Phase Shift Immunity Standard Device†was completed by Yu Hongwen, Senior Engineer of Environmental Performance Room of Guangdong Metrology Institute. The project uses embedded MCU control technology to develop a set of power frequency magnetic field same frequency phase shift immunity standard device, which realizes the synchronous acquisition and the same frequency phase shift of the voltage signal of the tested product and the zero crossing of the power frequency field coil current signal. The phase shift range is 0°-359°. At the same time, the device automatically collects and records the maximum measurement error of the tested product under different phases and orientations of the power frequency magnetic field. The project has obtained 2 utility model patents, 1 software copyright registration, and 2 papers. The prototype of the project research and development is calibrated by China Saibao Laboratory, and the main technical indicators meet the requirements of the task book (contract).
The above-mentioned project achievements have been applied in South China, and the project funds are used reasonably. The acceptance expert group agreed that the two projects have completed the research contents specified in the task book (contract), met the prescribed technical indicators, and successfully passed the acceptance.
