6.Middle Production: send photos to show the production line which you can see your products . Confirm the estimated delivery time again.

7.End Production: Mass production products photos and samples will send to you for approval. 

8.Clients make payment for balance and Ship goods , Inform the tracking number and check the status for clients

9.Order can be say "finish" when you receive the goods and satisfy with them

3. Q: How soon can we get a sample ?

A: Normal and stocked goods only one day; others process sample need 2-7days.

4. Q: How long is your production lead time?

A: It depends on product and order QTY. Normally, it takes us 30days for an order with MOQ QTY, our MOQ is 10pcs/item 

5. Q: Can our logo or company name to be printed on the products or package?

A: Sure. Your logo or company name can be printed o your products and package by printing or stickers

6. Q: Do you provide OEM developing services?

A: Yes, customer's OEM is welcome,we have plenty experience in OEM developing. 

7. Q: What format of the file do you need if I want to do my own design?

A: For printing design, we need AI or PDF file. We will make mock-up photo and send you for print details approve, include color, size and position before batch printing.

8. Q: How many colors are available?

A: You just send us the pantone color code you need, we will match the color accordingly or we will recommend some popular colors for your kindly reference.

9. Q: Which kinds of certificates do you have? 

A: Our products quality meet with CE CCE COC;

10. Q: What is your payment term?

A: Normally we accept payment term as T/T 30% deposit after order signed, and 70% balance against the copy of B/L.

11. Q: Can we use our own shipping agent?

A: Yes, you can. We had cooperate with many forwarders. If you need, we can recommend some forwarders to you and you can compare the price and service.

12. Q: Your port of shipment?

A: Ningbo port, shanghai port, or other china ports.
