First, the choice of pipeline control valve material In essence, the valve is an important part of the oil pipeline, and in the process of oil transportation, has played a major role. From the selection of the material of the outer wall of the valve, not only the superb material process is required, but also the method and quality cost of controlling the process according to a certain procedure. From the perspectives of thermal conductivity and thermal expansion, processability, and corrosion resistance, we analyze them based on the overall perspective [1]. From the point of view of the influence of thermal conductivity, when constructing a welding and forging, heat treatment and other process models, it is necessary to analyze the thermal conductivity of the valve. From the influence of the expansion coefficient, it is mainly the phenomenon of expansion or contraction that occurs with the change of temperature. According to this characteristic, the material of high metal or ceramic is selected, and the material is lower than that of the polymer material. From the perspective of the impact of corrosion resistance, it is mainly the influence of the erosion ability of various media [2]. At this time, it can be found that the corrosion-resistant material can resist various media. In other words, the corrosiveness of non-metallic materials is much higher than that of metallic materials, and in the actual extension, it shows the economic value. From the perspective of process performance, the main manifestation is the flow capacity of the molten material. From the perspective of casting performance, it mainly shows the main contents of liquidity and shrinkage. From the point of view of shrinkage, it mainly shows the shrinkage exhibited by the volume or size reduction that may occur during the solidification or cooling of the valve. Shrinkage is not only as simple as changes in size and volume, but more importantly, it indirectly affects shrinkage or looseness, internal stress, deformation, cracking, etc. caused by the size or volume reduction of the valve body. Therefore, according to the above, it can be found that in the process of casting, the material to be selected is more biased toward a material having a smaller contraction force. The analysis from the perspective of segregation is mainly due to the difference in internal chemical composition and tissue unevenness after the valve is solidified. This difference does not make the quality of the product better, but it has the counterproductive result. Therefore, in the choice of materials, cast materials such as cast iron are generally selected [3].

At the same time, it is necessary to analyze the various factors involved in the pipeline control valve from the overall perspective to ensure the design and application of the control valve in the oil pipeline.
