Discussion on Humanization when Designing Emergency Cars

Often said that rescue is a hard-working, often see rescue workers shrinking during the day in the hot sun, wind and rain. Many people’s diets and other issues often cannot be properly resolved. Especially in the evening, the working environment of rescue workers is especially bad. Only the emergency vehicles that couldn't talk were accompanied by them. In order to effectively maintain the combat effectiveness of personnel and relieve the labor intensity of rescue personnel, strengthening humanity in designing will greatly benefit the protection of the physical health of the rescue personnel and their sustained combat effectiveness. Design should be considered humane rescue vehicles from the following three aspects.

The first is the equipment installation and termination. In the design process, timeliness is a key requirement for installation and termination. That is, the shorter the process used for installation and labor, the shorter the personnel exposure is, the more likely it is to reduce the risk of illness caused by the disaster. This requires that the layout of the equipment must first be orderly and reasonable. In addition, the high degree of integration and fast and effective connection must be reflected in the rescue parts of each unit. In the end, the weight of the individual parts of the rescue components shall be within the tolerance of the single human handling. This can effectively reduce exposure and auxiliary working hours.

The second is monitoring. With a highly centralized control design, the control and power control of the monitoring equipment should be centralized. Emergency rescue personnel can observe the surrounding environment and rescue equipment system changes in real time through the monitor. Once the situation is different, rescue personnel can respond in a timely manner without having to rush to the control center for operation and processing from an abnormal location. In the rescue area, personnel are often confused, and outdoor control may be affected by sudden changes. Therefore, special monitoring cabins should be designed. Effectively protect the health and safety of rescue workers.

The third is the break of personnel and the addition of functional support facilities. As a device developer in the design phase should take into account the actual rotation and rest needs of rescue personnel. Clear the general emergency rescue staffing system and understand that only one or two personnel are required to shift duty in the process of continuing rescue or waiting for insurance, while other rescue personnel in a group of four persons can take turns resting. Correspondingly, in the vehicle, a reasonable area is planned as a rest area, and all emergency rescue personnel are provided with basic facilities for eating and drinking. The outlets for people to cook water and charging are reserved, and the rest and supplementary performance are more humanized.

This article is only his own opinion, but it needs to be understood that only a large amount of actual research support and supplemented with the real concern of the rescue personnel's heart can complement the humanization shortcomings of the emergency vehicle.

Electric Vehicle

Advantages and disadvantages of EVs

1. Reduce environmental pollution

EVs release no tail pipe air pollutants at the place where they are operated. They also typically generate less noise pollution than an internal combustion engine vehicle, whether at rest or in motion.
2. Save energy

3. Low charging cost
