Whether the vehicle is positively or negatively charged, as long as it is connected to the ground, the electric potential of the car body is infinitely close to zero. This eliminates the static electricity and avoids the safety hazards caused by static electricity accumulation.

How do we know if the chain is in contact with the ground? In addition to the usual checks, there is also a detection device that can be mounted on the vehicle to detect the resistance between the chain (rubber strip) and the ground to determine the connection. When the resistance is too large, an alarm will be issued to remind the vehicle. The personnel inspected and corrected the troubles in time: Pull out the strips of the mopping ground, or put the chain out for a few sections. If the strip or chain cannot be used any longer, replace it immediately or find another one to make sure that it can contact the ground.
