If the fan sounds, it indicates that the blade hits a foreign object, the fan bearing is worn or the oil is lacking. During the shutdown process, continuous sounds of moving parts in the body are more clearly heard. The wear of the internal moving parts is severe, causing the shaft and the bearing, between the piston and the cylinder, and between the connecting rod and the shaft. The gap is too large or loose.

Second Look (1) Observe whether the condenser surface is clean, because the debris and mud attached to the condenser will affect the cooling effect. Always use water to clean the condenser. However, care should be taken not to deform the fins when cleaning the condenser. For deformed fins, care should be taken with needle-nose pliers. (2) In the air inlet of the evaporator of a car air conditioner, the general automobile is equipped with an air filter. So watch the air filter regularly. (3) Observe all the joints of the air conditioning and refrigeration system for grease. Once there is oil, it indicates that there is leakage of refrigerant. At this time, use an electronic leak detector or other leak detection device to check. Once a refrigerant leak has been detected or determined, the fault must be corrected immediately.

Check if the compressor shaft seal leaks. Carefully inspect each hose for signs of wear, aging, bubbling, cracks, and leakage. Due to the large number of rubber tubes used in the cold and warm systems of automobiles, friction between the automobile body and the automobile body is easily caused during the running of the automobile. In the engine room, due to the high temperature and aging, the refrigeration tube is easily cracked due to low temperature, resulting in refrigerant and freezing. Lubricating oil leaks, infiltrates moisture, air and dust, and damages the compressor and its components. Therefore, once the rubber tube is found in contact with the engine, the rubber tube must be separated and fixed in time. The hose is passed through the metal plate, and generally should have protective sleeves, and pay attention to the protective sleeve should be firmly fixed, otherwise the metal will cut the hose.

Touch: Touch the temperature of the running air-conditioning system piping and components. Normally, under normal conditions, the high-pressure side of the pipeline temperature should be in the range of 55-65 °C, while the low-pressure side of the pipeline due to the low temperature, so the low-pressure side of the components and pipelines, connecting parts of the surface will have water dew.

(1) Hand touch the high pressure area carefully, especially the high pressure metal parts, such as the compressor outlet valve, condenser, liquid storage dryer and so on. These parts should all be hot, normal but not hot. If you feel hot, you should first check whether the cooling of the condenser is good, whether the surface of the condenser is clean and there is no debris, and whether the air volume of the fan is too small. At this point you can try a large fan blowing against the condenser, if the temperature is still hot, it may be too much refrigerant. If the heat at the high pressure end is insufficient, the refrigerant is too little; if there is no temperature, the refrigerant leaks light.

(2) The feel of the low pressure pipe is cold and there is water, but there should be no frost. If there is frost indicating that the system is faulty, it may be the failure of the expansion valve. It may be that the refrigerant is being filled too much and some of it needs to be vented; or the temperature sensor or thermostat of the evaporator has failed.

IV Inspection: After the initial inspection of the system for the above three steps, further inspections are required to accurately determine the fault of the air conditioning system.

(1) Check the tension of the V-belt: the diameter of the air-conditioner pulley is different, the center distance is different, and the required tension is also different; the tension of the new and old V-belts is also different; even if it is a new V-belt, after 5 minutes, its tension is also Big changes will occur. Therefore, two adjustments must be made to the newly installed V-belt. The first time after the new installation, adjust to the specified value. The burrs on both sides of the new V-belt have been rubbed off after 30 minutes of operation, and a second adjustment is performed.

(2) Check the electromagnetic clutch: Turn on the clutch power switch. At this time, the compressor should be operated immediately. When the power is off, the compressor should immediately stop running. If this is not the case, first check whether the switch is damaged, and then check the magnet wire to check the fan motor governor: After turning on the fan motor switch, adjust the speed from low to high to check whether the air volume sent out changes, if not change. , it may be the resistance of the governor.
