On August 22nd, after nearly one year of commissioning, improvement and upgrading, Guangzhou Tianzhu Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., the first two independent active RFID label production lines independently established by the company, passed the acceptance and was officially delivered. This marks a new level of production capacity for active RFID tags in China.

The active RFID tag production line independently developed by Scorpio Intelligent Company is the pioneering work of China's active RFID industry. It is the first active RFID tag production line established in the world. It has rewritten the history of manual production of active RFID tags. The two-month production capacity is conservatively estimated at more than 300,000 production lines, which may double the production capacity of China's active RFID tags.

In June 2012, the world's first active RFID tag production line was assembled at the production base of Tianyi Intelligent Company and entered the commissioning phase. In October 2012, the world's second active RFID tag production line was assembled at the production base of Tianyi Intelligent Company, and immediately entered the commissioning phase. In January 2013, in response to the peak demand for active RFID tags in the spring, the two production lines entered trial production. On August 22, 2013, after nearly one year of commissioning, improvement and upgrading, the two production lines were finally tested by the judging panel composed of the chairman, general manager, deputy general manager and technical experts of Tianyi Intelligent Company. Officially announced the acceptance and entered the normal production stage.

The two active RFID tag production lines passed the acceptance test, marking the success of Tianzhu Intelligent Company's first crab eating.

Unlike passive RFID tags, active RFID tags cannot be accumulated after production because self-discharge of the battery can result in shorter product life and poor product consistency. Therefore, not only do Chinese active RFID companies generally use manual methods to temporarily produce on-demand, but the same method is adopted globally. The demand for active RFID tags in the project no longer stays on the order of “one, ten, one hundred, one thousand”, but starts to climb in the “10,000” unit. As the world's first batch of active RFID tag production lines, the industry has no experience for reference and reference. Therefore, the production line undergoes a tortuous and lengthy exploration process from design to normal production. Huang Yong, deputy general manager of Tianyi Intelligent, who has been responsible for the R&D project of the production line, said: “The research on the production equipment of active RFID tags is a multidisciplinary integration innovation process. There is no experience and it is a stone to cross the river. The problem is one by one, good. We have solved it and accumulated the only first-hand information in the world. The whole process is cautious. Even if the production line has been running trial production for a while, we are not afraid to accept it at the time of acceptance."

The assessment team went to the production base to in-depth view the operation status of the label production line, compare the commissioning records of each stage, consulted the safety ledger, and checked the relevant parameters and data one by one. After careful evaluation of all aspects, the review team unanimously voted that both active RFID tag production lines passed the acceptance test.
