Yuchai Heavy Industries won 9 awards for process, tooling and transformation

Recently, good news came from the Economic Commission of Guangxi, and 9 achievements such as “Improvement of Welded Welded Welds” by Yuchai Heavy Industry participated in the 2009 award for advanced technology, tooling and equipment reform of Guangxi Heavy Industry.

Yuchai Heavy Industry has won nine award-winning processes, tooling and transformation achievements, and has five advanced technologies, tooling transformation achievements, and four outstanding equipment transformation achievements. Among them, the "Improvement of the Welded Welded Die" project won the first prize for the outstanding craftsmanship and tooling renovation, and the "YC85 excavator slewing bearing free drill" and "The process improvement to improve the main body milling efficiency of the YC60-8 platform" were awarded the second prize. Awards, "Zooming arm, cylinder stick exemption, direct delivery station after phosphating", "YC60-8 excavator slewing platform main body exempt process improvement" and other two results won the third prize; "HPR260 fine plasma technology transformation “Thanks to the second prize for outstanding equipment reform, three applications such as the application of stick welding robots, the application of automatic copying welding sports cars, and the “XBJ-6 edge milling machine transformation technology” won the third prize for outstanding equipment transformation.

The reasons for the award of these projects are highlighted in terms of improving production efficiency, improving product quality, reducing labor intensity, and reducing costs. In particular, the “Improvement of the Welded Welded Die” project, which won the first prize, solved the problems of low welding efficiency, long time spent on holes, wearing of shafts, ejection, and overturning, and the problem that the size of the welding can not be guaranteed. In 2009, the output value of the project calculated a total cost savings of nearly 300,000 yuan for the company and achieved both economic and efficiency gains.
